Raw Rice 1 kg Sabudhana(javarisi) 200 gms mixed and powdered 1 cup
Water 1 cup
Salt 1/2 tsp
Green chillies 3 nos
Lemon 1/2
Asafortida 1/2 tsp
Boil the water mix the rice powder in boiling water allow to cook for few minutes grind the chillies adding little water mix the chilli paste , salt and lemon juice,asafetida in rice batter and mix them and bind the batter pressing with stone for few minutes make appalams dry them without sunlight for 1 hour then dry at sunlight for 1 hour
