Ingredients:
★ 50ml water
★ 80g gula melaka (can be substituted with 60g Monk fruit golden sweetener)
★ 1/8 tsp fine salt
★ 2 pandan leaves, washed and knotted
★ 125g fresh grated coconut
★ 1 tbsp corn starch (for slurry)
★ 1 tbsp water (for slurry)
