Looking for a knee-friendly workout that still delivers results?
This 30-minute full-body, all-standing dumbbell workout is designed to help you build strength, boost metabolism, and feel strong — without jumping or getting on the floor.

Workout Format:
-Warm-Up
-Power Block (3 rounds of alternating slams)
-Strength Training (2 circuits, 3 exercises each — repeated twice)
-Finisher (2 rounds, fast & effective)
-Cool-Down

⏱️ Timing:
Strength: 40 sec work / 20 sec rest
Finisher: 30 sec work / 10 sec rest

You’ll need:
🏋️ Dumbbells (one pair heavier; 10-20lbs. one pair lighter; 6-12lbs)
💪 A little space
