Surviving Narcissistic Abuse EFT Tapping

This was a very difficult EFT Tapping to do as how I developed CPTSD was from Narcissistic Abuse from childhood trauma.

As I've stated before I'm not a medical professional and I would encourage finding a trauma-informed professional to help release the emotional and physical pain from narcissistic abuse.

But I am a person who went through a lot and survived more than I should have, so I'm here with this video to hopefully help you on your recovery journey from narcissistic abuse.

I also wanted to say believe in you. The real you.

Believe in all the great things that you truly are and all the magnificent things that make you, you.

A lot of negative things get told to us about what we should be or shouldn’t be.

But those things that said to us aren’t apart of us. But they remind ourselves of what we deserve and what we don’t deserve in our lives.

So be the one who knows what true love feels like - even if you have to nurture yourself until you find that someone who can reciprocate that love and acceptance.

Which may mean releasing some pain and believing in yourself in that process.
