Have you experienced gaslighting and narcissistic abuse? In this video we explore the concept of gaslighting and how it might show up. Then we will practice EFT Emotional Freedom Techniques or EFT Tapping to help heal the effects of gaslighting (and all that it does to us).
I will use Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT Tapping as its often called) to start acknowledging and processing the effects of some of the gaslighting you might have experienced. I use sensitivity as the target issue "You're so sensitive" "Why are you over-reacting?" "I was only joking"...sound familiar? Or perhaps tap along and put in your own words - this can be very powerful when we use EFT.
You can tapalong using core emotional freedom techniques (or EFT Tapping) and start to heal the hurt this kind of subtle and covert emotional narcissistic abuse can cause.
