What is better than making mine made sparkling wine at home with your family! Nothing! After sourcing 150 pounds of white wine grapes from a local vineyard I made wine and grape juice with my kids. This video takes you through the process and hopefully this will be the first step toward eventually building our own winery. The next video will include bottling and starting the in-bottle fermentation that will create the bubbles in our champagne style sparkling wine.
