This is day 13 of, running everyday for 100 days.
Today is Sunday 15th June 2025.
This time my run is slightly different, I am running 5K with my 3 Westies,Walt,Giselle and Elias.
Prior to running, I show you my morning routine to support my flexibility and fitness.
