A 30 minute heart-pumping calorie-burning workout! This workout includes 3 different circuits, focusing on upper body, core and lower body with 6 rounds for each circuit. Also, I always love a good ladder drill at the end to further challenge the body's endurance.

This Cardio HIIT Workout is 40s work + 15s rest. No equipment needed so just follow along as I run you through this series of bodyweight exercises. It is intense but promise it's going to be good, sweaty and worth your 30 minutes if you are looking for quick effective cardio! Grab a towel, water bottle and come sweat with me! Most importantly, don't stop moving and have fun!
