Welcome to Day 4 of the challenge! Today, we are doing one of my absolute favourite things in the exercise world: abs!
This short, intense circuit will have you working your core muscles for a total 10 minutes. The purpose is to tire the muscles out and work on really giving you that definition and tone. Make sure you are following a healthy, nutritious diet to achieve a flat stomach too, guys!
