Pregnancy can takes it's toll on our sleep, I found that some mornings throughout my pregnancy I'd wake up feeling sluggish and half-asleep. I've designed this session to help you wake up feeling refreshed and ready for the day 🌞
This class is suitable for those in the second and third trimester. Remember to stay connected to your body, keep hydrated and take rest whenever you need it.
