1940s WWII SIREN ACTIVATING (Forth, Scotland)

Forth is about 6 miles north from The State Hospital in Carstairs, which is a high security hospital for people that pose a high risk to the general public.
The siren network warns residents in nearby towns of, quote "persons unaccounted for" which could also mean an escapee.
