Oroukh - Ground meat and bulgur kebabs baked in the oven

serves 6-8 people
Recipe:
1 kg /2.2 lbs. Ground beef
2 cups / 310g / 10.93oz extra fine bulgur #1
2 tbsp. dry crushed mint
2 tbsp. aleppo red pepper
salt
ground black pepper
1 & half cup of water
1 head minced garlic( you can increase or decrease the amount of garlic according to your liking)
Note:
1-don't overcook the Oroukh otherwise it will dry out
2-add more ghee halfway baking if needed
3-every brand of bulgur is different, some needs more water to soften some need less. Some need more ghee to cook so adjust the amount of water and ghee as you feel needed.
serve with Jajikh ( cucumber and yogurt salad) , Pivaz ( parsley and onion salad), simple onion, cucumber, and tomato salad, and/or you can make french fries with ketchup .
