I've taken the best sections from all the HIIT workouts this year and made then into a 60 Min Fat Burning HIIT Cardio Kickboxing and Strength workout. Super fun music included as always🎵. No Weights required - Get your Cardio and your Strength in 1 WORKOUT💪Can you make it through? Some songs have 3 movements and repeat, and some songs move through different movements and have an "up next" window. It will be over before you know it💕

Is this too much for you as a beginner. Start with 2 minute RESETS and incorporate them in to your day - No need to put exercise clothes in. They really do workout.
Follow the sequence
WARM - get the body ready for deeper work
WORK- push for 30 seconds
STRETCH- gain flexibility and meditate while stretching the muscles we just worked
For beginners
do 2 or more times a day - In the morning before you eat anything, and then in the evening. Add more throughout the day to break up sitting. Combine with other 2 minute Resets to balance out the full body.
For moderate to advanced exercisers
Use it to help muscles recover, and on days in between hard workouts. (Always use easier work option if use on same day as an hard workout). This is designed to help keep you flexible, as well as build strength.
