Ingredients:

1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup cornstarch
2 1/2 cups water
2 tsp. lye water
1 1/4 cups golden brown sugar
2 tsp. lye water

Homemade Lye Water

2 cups water
1/2 tsp. baking soda
