The first few weeks in Dubai can be a whirlwind and getting adjusted is absolutely crazy. As well school systems don’t always work in the way that we expect them too, so how do you know what to navigate and expect being that this is your first time working in UAE. Our guest panelists will focus on their own personal stories they encountered while dealing with confusion and later the triumphs when learning their footing in Dubai.
We are pleased to have Crystal M. Ashibe, CEO of Clearing the Chaos (which can be found on IG, FB and Youtube) and Avraye Henry, International Educator who is enjoying her first year living aboard. Both come together a discuss the ends and out learning the educational expectations in the UAE.
Our host Jes'ka Washington is an author, curriculum driver, educator, instructional coach, mentor and leader. She uses her previous work in education over the past two decades to dive into discussions that are dedicated towards developing each participant and provide a professional development that enlightens as well as nourishes the soul.
