We continue the story from the previous video. The CSX local is sitting on the main waiting for the other CSX freight to finish backing into the yard, while the transfer train sits at Jefferson waiting to back up into Inman yard, and the NS stack is still working at Inman. As the CSX freight backs into the yard and the NS stack stops on the main along comes the NS freight we saw downtown in the morning video. After the CSX freight is clear the local finally backs towards Pine street. And in between the NS stack and the NS freight here comes the morning transfer backing into Inman yard. All three NS tracks have a train on them. And finally the NS stack train leaves the yard heading south. Next we see a CSX freight pulling out of the yard and stopping at the wye with a GP38 in the mix. And along comes former NS 203, the longest stack train, off the Greenville line as the CSX freight pulls out of the yard. The CSX freight stops in order to back up and collect the rest of their train as the NS stack stops just short of the yard. The brakeman has to manually throw the yard switch for some reason. It doesn't seem to be responding. The CSX freight backs up and we get another look at the GP38. Then from around the bend comes a westbound NS freight with a single unit up front.
