This simple and tasty flatbread pizza is easy to make, low in calories and LOADED with 80 grams of protein! It’s a delicious way to help you both lose weight and gain muscle.

INGREDIENTS:
One Joseph’s Lavash Flatbread (56g Size)
52g Great Value Pizza Sauce
102g Great Value Fat Free Mozzarella
25 Slices of Hormel Turkey Pepperoni
4 oz / 112g 90/10 Ground Pork
(Pork Seasoning)
1.5g Salt
1g Ground Fennel
.8g Smoked Paprika
.6g Garlic Powder
.4g Black Pepper
.3g Cayenne Pepper (optional)
.3g Dried Oregano
.3g Dried Basil
.2g Monkfruit Sweetener
5.5g Great Value Grated Parmesan
I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter Spray
Additional Seasonings to Taste!
RECIPE:
Preheat oven to 450° F / 230°C. Combine ground pork and pork seasonings in a bowl until well mixed, then set aside. Place a sheet of aluminum foil on a baking sheet, place a wire rack on top of the baking sheet and lay one flatbread on it. Spread sauce evenly on flatbread. Sprinkle mozzarella evenly on flatbread, then spray with a light coating of I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter Spray which will help it melt. Evenly place 25 slices of turkey pepperoni on pizza. Break sausage into small pieces and evenly distribute on pizza. Sprinkle on grated parmesan as well any optional seasonings such as some garlic salt, smoked paprika, basil and any preferred seasonings to taste. Bake for 9 minutes or until sausage is cooked and edges of flatbread begin to crisp. Take out, let cool for a moment, slice and enjoy!
