Tone of voice is a common trigger in relationships. There are two kinds of tones that tend to trigger or upset people. In this video I talk about the difference between an assertive tone and an aggressive tone of voice. Often, people don't even recognize how their tone is impacting their communication. Knowing our triggers can help us to avoid misunderstandings that hurt.
