Dominos style Wheat Garlic Bread
Measurment cup - 200ml = 130 gms
MAKE DOUGH :
Atta or Maida – 1 cup
(used Atta in the recipe)
Baking powder – 1/2tsp
Baking soda – 1/4th tsp
Salt – 1/4th tsp
Cornflour – 1 tbsp
Sugar – 1 tsp
Mixed herbs – ½ tsp
Chilli flakes – 1/4th tsp
Oil – 1 ½ tsp
Sour curd (Khatta dahi) – 2 tbsp
Milk – 1/4th cup
Warm Water – 2 -3 tbsp
GARLIC HERBED BUTTER :
Butter – 4 tbsp
Garlic - 1 tbsp grated
Mixed herbs
Fresh coriander
Chilli flakes
Salt to taste
Sweet corn
Mozarella /processed cheese
