On December 11th, 2025, at about 3:15 AM, CHP, County Fire, and AMR responded to a traffic collision on the Northbound 15 Freeway, South of Sierra Avenue in Fontana.
Units arrived at the scene and located a sedan that had crashed into the back of a parked semi on the right shoulder.
The driver was pronounced deceased at the scene.
CHP is investigating the crash.
No lane closures at this time.
No other infomation was released at the scene.
