👩🍳 Ingredients:
1 lb Chinese broccoli (or regular broccoli)
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
Instructions:
Blanch the broccoli:
Bring a pot of water to a boil and blanch the Chinese broccoli for about 2-3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Heat the oil:
In a pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
Add garlic:
Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add broccoli and sauce:
Add the blanched broccoli and oyster sauce. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
Serve:
Serve hot as a delicious side dish!
