In this simple video I show how to make a proper fist and how to aim and do a crotch kick. This is for self defense using kicks to the balls. Punches and crotch kicks are basic self defense moves. It is a very primitively done video since I dont have a heavy bag set. I just quickly demonstrated against a wall in my kitchen by moving stuff out of the way. Later on maybe I can redo this video when I get a heavy bag or equivalent equipment for training. I would love to do that. I am not in any way a professional trainer this is just some of the techniques I have learned. Be very careful when doing any sort of training technique and only do what is acceptable for your physical ability. I just wanted to show how to make a proper fist to avoid breaking your thumb, fingers and wrist. Also to avoid breaking your toes when kicking which a common mistake beginners can make. Use the ball, ridge and heel of your foot to make contact. Not the toes.
