Dough Ingredients for Afghan Gosh Feel (Elephant Ear Pastry):
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup of oil
• 1/2 teaspoon of yeast
• A pinch of salt
• Cardamom powder (to taste)
Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, beat the 4 eggs well.
2. Add 1 cup of oil and mix until fully combined.
3. Stir in the yeast, salt, and cardamom powder.
4. Gradually add flour (as needed) and knead until you get a soft, smooth dough.
5. Cover the dough and let it rest for about 30 minutes.
6. Roll out thin pieces, shape them traditionally, and deep fry until golden and crispy.
7. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
