Here's what I think I made ...
86% Pilsner malt
10% Vienna malt
4% Wheat malt
The mash schedule was supposed to be as follows:
62°C for 30 mins
66°C for 15 mins
70°C for 35 mins
Mash out at 75°
Hallertau @60 to 25 IBUs
0.7 g/L Hallertau @0
Dry Kolsch yeast
