💛 My Story

I love and miss my children more than words can say. We’ve been apart since July 8, 2020 — a day that changed our lives forever. What has followed is a journey that feels like something out of a movie, but it’s very real for us.

If you’ve come across a video my son once shared about me, please know that I love him deeply and do not hold anything against him. I believe that video was made during a very painful and confusing time in his life, surrounded by circumstances no child should ever have to navigate. I can only imagine the pressure and emotions he felt. My hope is that, one day, he will know he never needed to defend or choose sides — he has always been fully loved.

I was fully investigated and cleared by CPS and through multiple psychological evaluations, all confirming that the allegations made against me were unfounded. The heart of this case is that I chose to believe my children — and the findings of expert witnesses, forensic evaluators, and medical professionals who supported their concerns after my children alleged abuse by those who the court placed them with. My children are still in his custody.

The Oregon trial court required me to accept a version of events that I know isn’t true. I’ve always taught my children never to lie, and I’m standing firm in that same truth today.

After working with attorneys during trial, I now represent myself in the appellate process, drawing on my legal studies in law school and faith for strength. My ongoing case (Deschutes County, Oregon, Appellate Case No. A180893)  continues through the appeals process, and I remain steadfast in my hope for justice and restoration.

I share these videos so that my children know I’m alive, safe, and still believing. I want them to see that no matter what’s been said or done, my love for them has never changed. I trust that God — who sees all things — will redeem the time that’s been lost and heal what’s been broken.

My son was born in 2008 and my daughter in 2011. They are my heroes. Though we’ve been separated, I carry them in every prayer and every heartbeat.
