Today I am making a homemade recipe for Au Gratin Potatoes that is cooked in the Tupperware Micro Pro Grill in the Microwave. This recipe is baked right in the Microwave and not the oven!
Ingredients:
3 to 4 lg. Potatoes - sliced thin
1/2 tsp. garlic
1 TBL butter, melted
1 TBL. Flour
1/2 cup half and half
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 parm shredded sheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
