Of the many different mayo's you will find in a Belgian chipshop or "frietkot" as we cal them, the Joppie is one of the more popular ones.
perfrct for dipping your fries or chips.
Try it in sandwiches or use it for making Coronation or curry chicken salad.
recipe
400gr Mayo
2 tsp Madras mild curry powder
1/2 tsp Smoked sweet paprika powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric
4 tbsp finely diced shallots/ scallion or onion
2 tbsp ketchup
seasalt
vegetable oil
