Welcome yogis, this practice is deeply restorative reshaping the Myofascial Superficial Front Line Meridian. This class incorporates a massage ball to compress the fascia (if you don't have one then just grab a tennis ball). When using a massage ball there is an approximate 10 minute window to then stretch that particular part of the body in order to efficiently reshape, release and heal the body's matrix, the fascia.
