The drive from Jongensfontein to Vermaaklikheid took us along a beautiful gravel road. Not only was the road in excellent condition, but the surrounding natural beauty made the journey truly memorable. Arriving in this charming Western Cape town was a special experience. We were excited to visit Josie’s General Store, but unfortunately, it was closed, it only opens on Saturdays and Sundays. Our stop at the library and pre-school was great fun, and the meal we enjoyed at Cucina was absolutely delicious. We cherished every moment and loved meeting the friendly locals.
