No equipment? No problem! This intense 20 minute bodyweight cardio HIIT workout will have you dripping in sweat and you won't get bored because there are no repeat exercises!

If you want to improve your cardio endurance and recovery time, including HIIT interval workouts in your routine can be a great way to accomplish this!

Workout Format ⏱: 45 sec x 4 exercises x 4 circuits
Equipment: Mat (optional)
Intensity: Level III

Warm Up: (2 minutes)
Shoulder Rolls
Neck Rolls
Wide Stance Reach
Triangle Bend
Jogging

Circuit One:
1️⃣: Skater High Knees x 3
2️⃣: Forward Bounds
3️⃣: Crossover Pop Squat
4️⃣: Pulldown Skips

Circuit Two:
1️⃣: Step & Punch
2️⃣: Side Lunge Hop
3️⃣: Push & Press Jack
4️⃣: Frogger

Circuit Three:
1️⃣: Four Square Hop
2️⃣: Jogging Punches
3️⃣: Side Shuffle
4️⃣: Double Hop Forward Bound

Circuit Four:
1️⃣: Get Downs
2️⃣: In-Out Fast Feet
3️⃣: Butt Kick x High Knees x 4
4️⃣: Climbers

Cooldown (2 minutes)
Child's Pose
Table Top Calf Stretch (R)
Table Top Calf Stretch (L)
Forward Fold
