The majority of the routine is done on the mat (lying on your side) and then on your knees. It is great for if you need a low impact, no cardio, low-key routine. You can also add to a cardio day or one of Kit's other fusion workouts.

⚫️ Low impact focus work for the outer thighs and back of the arms using light weights.
⚫️ Modifications provided. Easy -Medium intensity.
⚫️ Light weights (5 lbs). Option to go lighter or heavier.
⚫️ No music so you can play your own playlist :)
