As a British kid growing up in the 1950s the work of Eric Fraser was everywhere, but at that time I was far too busy reading and copying comics to be remotely interested. But as I got older and studied illustration I started to understand the appeal of his work, even if some still left me entirely unmoved. So making this video is an opportunity to not only bring his work to the attention of a wider audience, but also for me to re-evaluate Fraser's output with considerably less bias than in my youth.
