Today we are going over the power clean. When running the NLP, the deadlift will be too difficult to recover from when training 3 times a week. Here we would insert a light pulling day and the power clean is a good option. By the nature of the power clean, they cannot be done slowly but must be done quickly. It’s a fantastic exercise for your training regimen and Steve will teach how to do it right in this tutorial along with the help of Francesko!
