This is one of the escalators at Little Caesars Arena in midtown Detroit, located near the northeast "Chevrolet" entrance. This escalator was running down at the time, as this was filmed close to the end of the Red Wings game I was attending. They usually switch all three here from up to down during the third period, or near the end of the event here.
