Vanilla cupcake Recipe and Perfect Buttercream for toppings| learn how I do it
Learn how to make delicious vanilla cupcakes without a fuss and the perfect vanilla buttercream for toppings!!
Buttercream ingredients for cup cake topping:
250g Unsalted Butter
3 Cups of Icing sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
1 tbsp of milk (for spreading as cake coating add 2x tbsp of milk)
Cupcakes:
180g Melted Butter
150g Sugar
2 Eggs
330 all purpose flour
200g milk
3 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp vanilla
Pinch of salt- but my phone died and miss filming it apology
