Hyrox London Part 2 - Supporting my German Friend / Unseen footage

This HYROX race day was by far my best high light of 2025. A few days later I was supporting a friend from the sidelines.

Being a spectator gave me a whole new perspective on the event. You get to feel the intensity, the pressure, and the emotion in a way that’s just as powerful, but through someone else’s journey. Watching the effort, the grit, and the determination unfold in real time reminded me why events like HYROX are so special.

This video also includes unseen footage from my first HYROX experience. Moments that never made it into the original video, but deserve to be shared. Raw moments, real emotions, and behind the scenes clips that show what race day truly feels like, whether you’re on the floor or in the crowd.

Race day looks different when you’re cheering instead of competing, but the energy, community, and inspiration hit just as hard. This is HYROX from the other side and it might be my favourite perspective yet.
