Ingredients -
Serving - 5 Person
10 Medium Size Samosa
For Prepare the dough
1 Cup All Purpose Flour/Maida
2 tsp Corn Flour
2-3 tsp Clarified Butter/Ghee (For Moyan)
1 tsp Carom Seeds/Ajwain
As per taste Salt
As required Water (For knead the dough)
For Prepare the Stuffing
150 grams or 2 Medium Size Boiled Potatoes
1 tbsp Refined Oil
1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds/Jeera
1/4 Asafoetida/Hing
1/2 tsp Coarsely Ground Fennel Seeds/Saunf
1/2 tsp Coarsely Ground Coriander Seeds/Sukha Dhaniya Beej
1/2 tsp Ginger Chilli Paste
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Coriander Cumin Powder
1/2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
As per taste Salt
1/2 tsp Dry Mango Powder/Amchur Powder
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
5-7 Fresh Chopped Mint Leaves
2 tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
As required Oil (For Deep fry the Samosa)
Serve it with Chutney/Tomato Sauce
