Encryption for Microsoft Access - SmackoCrypt Update

SmackoCrypt is a free utility for MS Access developers to get access to encryption and hashed passwords in an easy to implement plug-in. With it, users can have encrypted fields in their database that only certain users can read, hashed passwords for additional security, and multiple ways to deploy encryption for their MS Access database systems. After about a year of use in the wild, this is a video detailing update V0.1.3 that I'm releasing that has a few new features based on user feedback.
