300 to 400 g of peanut paste (3 to 4 tablespoons of peanut paste)
300 to 400 g of tomato sauce (or peeled tomatoes or tomato puree)
1 onion
Mixed root vegetables (leek and carrot)
3 teaspoons of garlic powder
2 tablespoons of seasoning (choose the seasoning that suits you)
4 large glasses of cold water
