My recommendation to lose weight is to work on using up the stored weight unaccessed on the body is begin each meal from a fuel-pulling focus; prioritize getting at least 30-ish grams of protein and plenty of non-starchy fibrous veggies and greens...THEN decide according to what one’s glucose indicates as to whether it’s a good idea to add in an energy fueling source of either complex healthy carbs or healthy natural fats.
