Ingredients:
Flan mixture:
Caramelized sugar:
sugar 1/2 cup
yolkd 7 medium size
evaporated milk 1 cup
condensed milk 1 cup
vanilla 1 tsp
1/2 recipe:
egg yolk 3 medium
evap milk 1/2 cup
condensed milk 1/2 cup
vanilla 1/2 tsp
Eggless chocolate cake:
buttermilk:
warm milk 1/2 cup
vinegar 1/2 tsp
Mix and leave for 5 minutes.
Dry ingredients:
all purpose flour 1 1/2 cup (190 grams)
cocoa powder 3/4 cup (85 grams)
baking soda 1/2 tsp
baking powder 1 tsp
coffee powder 1/2 tsp (optional)
salt 1/2 tsp
Liquid ingredients:
sugar 1 1/2 cup (300 grams)
oil 3/4 cup (165 grams)
buttermilk
yogurt 1 cup + 3 tbsp ( 280 grams) You may
replace egg 2 large instead of yogurt.
vanilla 1 tsp
Custard cream:
Yolks 4 medium (59 grams)
condensed milk 200 ml or grams
evaporated milk 200ml or grams
sugar 50 grams 1/4 cup
butter 25 grams ( 2 tbsp)
vanilla 1 tsp
Note: You can make this ahead of time.
Chocolate ganache:
heavy cream 250 ml (1 cup)
corn syrup 40 grams ( 3tbsp)optional
dark chocolate 400 gram (2 1/4 cup)
butter 90 grams ( 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp)
Baking Time: 45 to 50 minutes ( depending on your oven)
Over temple: 160°c
Storage: 7 days in the chiller. make sure to put it in a cake box before putting it in the chiller.
