Alcohol drinking has become one of the ways to socialise especially in younger people. But do you know alcohol and tobacco are not sperms friendly thus might cause sperms damage . Alcohol drinking is one of the causes of male infertility. Hence whenever plan family abandon alcohol and tobacco atleast three months before planning.
