Slow Cook Ranch Chicken:
3-4 pounds boneless chicken
Riega Slow Cooker Ranch Chicken Seasoning packet, or you can use any brand ranch dressing mix
1 block cream cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
Place chicken in slow cooker. Add cream cheese, chopping into smaller pieces. Sprinkled the seasoning packet over the chicken and cream cheese. Cover and cook on low for 7 hours. When cook time is up and chicken is cooked through, remove most of the liquid from the slow cooker and shred the chicken, mix the shredded chicken with the cream cheese well. Top with shredded cheese and bacon. Serve over rice, or tacos, or quesadillas, or whatever your heart desires! This would be good on anything! 😁👍
Copycat Cracker Barrel Carrots
Ingredients:
NOTE: I doubled this recipe in today's video.
1 pound baby carrots
11/2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons brown sugar
Boil carrots in pot with water until tender, around 20 minutes. When they are tender drain half the water from the pot. Return to heat and add butter and brown sugar. Heat to a simmer. Simmer for at least 10 minutes.
