Hey family!! In today's video we're trying out a new supper! Creamy Chicken and Veggie Tortellini! Everyone was skeptical about this one... Titus even requested a quick hamburger steak because he didn't even want to try it! 🤣 The results were surprising!

Cream Chicken & Veggie Tortellini
This is a link to the original recipe, it included cooked chicken and the only vegetable they used was broccoli. I cooked the chicken with garlic and herb seasoning and used a frozen Asian veggie blend. I also made more than the recipe called for. Other than that, I followed this recipe. It was amazing!!!

Ingredients:
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 ½ cups low-sodium chicken broth
1 cup milk
1 (20 ounce) package cheese tortellini
3 cups fresh broccoli, roughly chopped
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups cooked chicken, diced
salt and black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
Heat olive oil over medium-high heat in a large pot. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add chicken broth and milk. Bring to a boil.
Add tortellini and cook 2 minutes.
Add broccoli and continue to cook for about 3 minutes or so, stirring as needed, until tortellini are cooked, and broccoli is bright green.
Lower heat and stir in cream cheese and Parmesan, until melted.
Stir in cooked chicken.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve with extra Parmesan on top.
