Guaranteed Burn
1 - Mobo Board Tilts 25 reps straight to
2 - Single leg calf raises w dumbbell approximately 20 reps
[repeat 1-2 on other leg]
3- bent knee calf raise hold until leg starts to shake
[repeat 3 on other leg]
4 - 50 pogo jumps
Repeat 2-3 sets .
If enjoy less formal videos like these let me know and I'll make more. It's definitely not a rocket science strength workout - but you dont need to be super complicated to make gains in the gym. Simply is usually best imo.
In case wondering terms of my credentials I have a H.BSc in Kine (Summa Cum Laude) and a MSc in Physiotherapy.
