Give this workout a try. You'll need two light kettlebells as there will be little rest between the movements:
1. Double Clean and Press - 8-10
2. Double Bent over row - 10-12
3. Double Outside Swing - 10-15
4. Double Racked Alternating Back Lunge - 10
5. See Saw Press - 10
Rest 10-15 seconds between movements
Rest 60 seconds between sets
Perform 5 Rounds
