Former State Trooper Johnny Surles gives his PowerPoint presentation on the connections between ENC-native Richard Floyd McCoy Jr and infamous airplane hijacker D.B. Cooper.
Surles, along with News 12's Brian North, gave the presentation at the Cove City Library, the same city that McCoy considered his home.
