Baked Halloumi & Veggies! Simple Baked Halloumi Cheese Recipe

Hi! Thanks for checking out this simple halloumi traybake. It's a perfect dinner on its own or with a salad, and it is lovely when served with some wedges of lemon.

For the Baked Halloumi and Vegetables:

For 4-6 people:
2 blocks of Halloumi cheese
8-12 small, waxy potatoes
3 bell peppers (red, yellow, or orange- not green)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons za'atar - If unavailable, use a mix of dried oregano and thyme
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
