Patlidžani punjeni lukom su izvanredna poslastica za sve ljubitelje povrća. Vrlo lagan ljetni obrok bez puno posla. Takođe ga možete koristiti kao prilog uz meso, ukoliko ne možete bez istog.
Najljepši dio je umakanje hljeba u saft, uh prste polizati.
Birajte manje i mlade patlidžane kako bi izbjegli mogućnost da ostanu gorki i nepečeni.
Pekla sam pola sata na 220 stepeni a potom još zapekla 15 min na 200 stepeni.
Sastojci:
4-5 manjih patlidžana
1/2 kg luka
1 paradajz
2 čehna bijelog luka
100 ml vrhnja za kuhanje
so, biber
ulje

Choose smaller and young eggplants to avoid the possibility of them remaining bitter and unbaked.
