Hey!!
Flow with me in this 30 minute BACKBEND YOGA FLOW! It is not required any equipment but if you find it challenging for the final posture you might need some blocks or even a wall.
Camel pose is NOT recommended if you suffer from:
Severe fatigue
High blood pressure
If you have any spine related conditions please make sure to maintain the extension throughout the spine rather than bending deeply.
If you have any shoulder or neck injuries look up and do NOT let your head drop back in the final posture.
